iQOO 11 Pro details have been leaking online, and it appears to be a formidable competitor to Samsung’s upcoming flagship. Qualcomm’s next flagship smartphone chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, will introduced during the company’s Snapdragon summit event from November 15th to the 17th. The Samsung S23 Ultra, Samsung’s top-tier non-foldable phone for 2019, just seen on Geekbench, and its presence there confirms that Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 855 SoC will power the device. Rumor has it that the Samsung S23 Ultra family won’t revealed until the Unpacked 2023 event, scheduled for sometime in the latter half of January or the first week of February. The full specifications for the iQOO 11 Pro have just leaked online, revealing the company’s strategy to overshadow Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked event. According to a previous leak, the iQOO 11 series of phones would debut by the end of the year. (It might be the first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 system-on-a-chip.)

The anonymous tipster tweeted all of the rumoured features of the iQOO 11 Pro before the official announcement. Display-wise, the smartphone would have a 6.78-inch Samsung E6 LTPO panel with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip will reportedly be at the heart of the iQOO 11 Pro, while a 4,700mAh battery with support for 200W wired and 50W wireless fast charging will keep the lights on. It will be available with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage.
The iQOO 11 Pro has a triple camera system on the back, powered by a V2 chip. These cameras can shoot pictures at 50 megapixels (primary), 50 megapixels (ultrawide), and 14.6 megapixels (telephoto). A 16-megapixel front-facing camera would include for taking photos and making video calls. It ships preloaded with Origin OS, which is based on Android 13.
Although the iQOO 11 Pro rumoured to be released in November or December 2022, its availability and price have not been officially announced and are subject to leaks.
