Apple has been working on adding more hardware to its lineup. With the release of a couple of new devices, the company hopes to be ready for the future. The big company in technology has been making VR/AR headsets and glasses.
Apple AR Glasses, which are a different product than the mixed reality or AR/VR headset that the company plans to release later this year, have reportedly delayed yet again. Follow our website, Newsyblogy, for the latest updates!!!!!
According to the most recent report, the Apple AR Glasses have put on hold or off indefinitely because of technical problems. The device supposed to come out this year, but its release date pushed back to 2024 or 2025. It has put on hold without a new release date.
Apple isn’t the only company working on AR glasses or similar hardware. All of this started with Google Glasses. Now, Google is working on a new device called Project Iris, and Meta is working on a device called Nazare. Both of these devices expected to come out in 2024.
AR glasses will be ready for users to wear later, but companies like Google and Meta are taking a different approach. Google says it will start testing prototypes, but its Nazare, Artemis, and Hypernova products will only be available to developers at first. This gives the company time to work on making a device that people can use for a long time without having any bad effects.
The AR/VR or Mixed Reality Headset from Apple set to come out with a price tag of around $3,000, and an M2 chip like you’d find in a desktop computer. But in 2024 or 2025, the company plans to release a model that will compete with products like Meta Quest Pro and will be less expensive. The price of this model expected to start at around $1,500.
