Redmi 12C price, storage, colour options
The base model of the Redmi 12C costs CNY 699, which is about Rs 8,400. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The smartphone with 4GB+128GB of storage costs CNY 799 (about Rs 9,600), and the one with 6GB+128GB of storage costs CNY 899 (about Rs 10,800). It comes in Shadow Black, Sea Blue, Mint Green, and Lavender colors.
On the back of the phone is a square module with a pill-shaped camera and fingerprint scanner. On the other hand, the LED flash is in the camera module. The Redmi 12C has a 6.71-inch HD+ screen with a ratio of 20.6:9 and a peak brightness of 500 nits. The phone has LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 flash memory. A MediaTek Helio G85 SoC powers it. A microSD card can add up to 512GB to the phone’s internal storage. The Redmi 12C has a 10W charging adapter and a 5,000mAh battery.
The company showed off several new smartphones in China last month, including the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition and the Redmi K60 series. Now, the Redmi 12C has been shown off by the brand in the country. But there has yet to be an official word on when it will be available in India.
