In the first episode of the Karzdaar web series, a young woman marries a man hoping for a better future. However, her hopes dashed when she finds out he has borrowed money from loan sharks in the area.
Loan sharks soon tell the family that bad things will happen if they don’t pay back the loan. The man in the show talks about local customs, such as taking away the wife if the loan not paid back.
Shyna Khatri is the main actress in the web series, and Jaishree Gaikwad has a small role. Both actresses play important roles in the well-rounded stories that the creators make.
