Matter Energy, an electric mobility company based in Ahmedabad, has released its first electric bike in India. The bike said to have a range of 150km. Matter Energy’s new electric bike a street-naked two-wheeler with India’s first active liquid-cooled battery system. The electric bike will also be one of the few e-two-wheelers with a manual gearbox system that works like a traditional ICE-powered bike. The Matter Energy electric bike yet to given a price. The company will start taking orders in the first quarter of 2023, and shipments set to begin in April of that year.

The first electric bike made by Matter Energy in India

The Mattery Energy electric bike powered by a 5.0 kWh battery pack that liquid-cooled and an IP67 rating. This battery pack sends power to a 10.5kW motor with a peak torque of 520Nm. If the rated torque is put to good use on the road, the Matter Energy electric bike could also one of the fastest in its class. The electric bike has a manual gearbox with four speeds and three riding modes. One of the first electric bikes to have dual-channel ABS is the e-bike.
The Matter Energy electric bike said to have a range of 125 to 150 km and a battery that can charged from a 5A wall outlet. The following are parts of the new battery pack: Advanced thermal management included an intelligent thermal management system, a high voltage energy pack for performance E2W, a smart BMS for system safety and efficiency, and a thermally conductive, lightweight metal casing.
The Matter Energy bike also has a 7.0-inch LCD that can controlled with buttons on the handlebar or touching it. This display can used for turn-by-turn navigation, alerts, and music playback. It also has a keyless start, a 5-liter glovebox, a charging socket, a reverse feature, connected vehicle technology, LED lighting, split seats, and more.
